🌿 “Serenity” betekent innerlijke rust. Het verwijst naar een toestand waarin je vredig, ontspannen en vrij van stress voelt.

🌿“Tingles” zijn die tintelende, rillingen-achtige sensaties die mensen kunnen voelen bij bepaalde geluiden of aanrakingen. Precies wat veel mensen ervaren tijdens ASMR.

 

1. T I N G L E  T H E R A P Y   &   H A I R P L A Y 
De tingle therapy treatment bestaat uit ontspannende kriebel behandelingen met of zonder hairplay. Bij Serenity Tingles krijg je een unieke ervaring waarin lichte kriebel aanrakingen, zachte massage en ASMR samenkomen om diepe rust te brengen in lichaam en geest. Of je nu verlangt naar rust in je hoofd, ontspanning in je schouders of gewoon een moment puur voor jezelf wij zorgen voor een veilige, warme sfeer waarin jij helemaal kunt ontspannen. 2. K O R E A N   &   C L A S I C   S P A   L A S H L I F T 
Onze Spa Lashlift behandeling is meer dan enkel een lashlift behandeling; het is een compleet rustgevend ritueel dat gericht is op zowel schoonheid als ontspanning.
Tijdens de inwerktijd van de lashlift word je ondergedompeld in een moment van volledige ontspanning. Je ontvangt een hairplay treatment, terwijl rustgevende geluiden op de achtergrond spelen. Er wordt met zorg en zachtheid gesproken, zodat je volledig kunt wegzakken in het moment.
Na het liften van de wimpers volgt een handmassage met de massagebalm van LUSH. Deze massage stimuleert de doorbloeding en vermindert spierspanning. 
  • Bij Serenity Tingles Co. vinden we het belangrijk om echt te luisteren naar jouw wensen en verwachtingen. Voorafgaand aan elke behandeling nemen we de tijd voor een persoonlijk gesprek.

 

HUISREGELS & ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN – Serenity Tingles Co.

Bij het maken van een afspraak bij Serenity Tingles Co. ga je automatisch akkoord met de onderstaande voorwaarden.

 
1. BOEKINGEN & VOORBEREIDING

  • Voor het verplaatsen van je afspraak ontvang je instructies via de bevestigingsmail. Dit is jouw eigen verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Aanbetalingen zijn niet restitueerbaar (non-refundable), ongeacht de reden van annulering.
  • Voor de SPA lashlift behandeling worden er voor en na de behandeling foto’s gemaakt voor jouw klantendossier. Deze blijven intern.
  • Kom je meer dan 10 minuten te laat of verschijn je niet op de afspraak, dan komt je afspraak te vervallen en worden openstaande kosten in rekening gebracht. 
  • Kom alleen naar je afspraak. Het is niet toegestaan iemand mee te nemen (geen +1, kinderen of huisdieren).
  • Kom met schone ogenleden en wimpers. Zonder oog make-up. Dit wordt door de styliste verwijderd.

Bij het maken van een afspraak verklaar je jezelf voldoende geïnformeerd over de behandeling.

 

2. WANNEER DE BEHANDELING WORDT AFGERADEN

  • Tijdens menstruatie, zwangerschap of borstvoeding (i.v.m. verhoogde hormoonactiviteit)
 

3. WANNEER DE BEHANDELING NIET WORDT UITGEVOERD

  • Bij een recente (chemische) peeling of gezichtsbehandeling (< 2 weken geleden)
  • Bij allergie voor permanente vloeistoffen
  • Bij wondjes of beschadigde huid rond de ogen
  • Bij zonverbranding in het gezicht
  • Bij frequente ooginfecties
  • Bij gebruik van acne-medicatie of bloedverdunners


4. ANNULERING & VERPLAATSING

Verplaatsen van een afspraak kan alleen buiten de 48 uur voorafgaand aan de afspraak.
Binnen 48 uur is verplaatsen niet meer mogelijk. De afspraak en aanbetaling komen dan te vervallen.
Verplaatsen doe je via de link in de bevestigingsmail: dit is jouw eigen verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Bij annuleren buiten 48 uur blijft de aanbetaling staan, en worden er geen extra kosten gerekend.
  • Bij annuleren binnen 48 uur worden de volledige kosten van de behandeling in rekening gebracht.


5. TEVREDENHEID & SERVICE

We doen er alles aan om topkwaliteit te leveren. Mocht je toch ontevreden zijn, neem dan binnen 3 dagen contact op via e-mail. Er vindt geen restitutie plaats. Indien nodig wordt een service-correctie aangeboden binnen 7 dagen na je afspraak (tenzij anders afgesproken).

6. AANSPRAKELIJKHEID

Alle behandelingen worden met zorg en deskundigheid uitgevoerd. Serenity Tingles Co. is echter niet aansprakelijk voor schade die voortvloeit uit een behandeling.

  • Wij gaan uit van een eerlijke en volledige gezondheidsverklaring van jouw kant.
    Bij twijfel over allergieën of geschiktheid van een behandeling, neem tijdig contact op voor een patch-test.

2. K O R E A N   S P A   L A S H L I F T 
Our Spa lashlift treatment is more than just shaping lashes – it’s a full ritual of beauty and relaxation.
While the lamination lash lift is processing, you'll be pampered with a gentle foot and hand massage, soothing background sounds, and calm, caring guidance from your stylist.
- After lifting and shaping the lashes, we finish with a brow massage using nourishing oil to improve blood flow, reduce facial tension, and create a refreshed, open look. This is followed by a calming head massage using tingle tools designed to relax the nervous system and bring you into a deep state of calm.
  • At Serenity Tingles Co., we take the time to understand your wishes before every session. 
 

HOUSE RULES & TERMS – Serenity Tingles Co.
By booking an appointment, you automatically agree to the following terms.

 
1. BOOKINGS & PREPARATION

 
  • You are responsible for rescheduling your appointment via the link in your confirmation email.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • For spa lash lift treatments, before-and-after photos are taken for your client file. These remain confidential.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or fail to show up, your appointment will be cancelled and fees apply.
  • Please come alone – no guests (+1), children or pets allowed.
  • Arrive with clean brows and no eye or brow makeup otherwise the stylist has to remove it.
By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood what the treatment entails.
 

 
2. WHEN TREATMENT IS DISCOURAGED

  • If you are menstruating, pregnant, or breastfeeding (due to elevated hormone levels)
 

3. WHEN TREATMENT CANNOT BE PERFORMED

  • If you've had a chemical peel or facial in the past 2 weeks
  • If you’re allergic to permanent wave solution
  • If your skin is sunburned
  • If you’re prone to frequent eye infections
  • If you use acne medication or blood thinners
  • If you’ve had PMU that is still healing or being lasered


4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling is only possible at least 48 hours before your appointment. Within 48 hours, the appointment and deposit are forfeited. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule: this is your responsibility.

 

  • If canceled more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit remains valid, and no extra fees apply.
  • If canceled within 48 hours, full service fees will be charged.

 

5. SATISFACTION & SERVICE


We strive to provide excellent quality and care. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 3 days via email.
No refunds. If necessary, we offer a service correction within 7 days of your appointment (unless agreed otherwise).

6. LIABILITY

Treatments are carried out with care and expertise. However, Serenity Tingles Co. is not liable for any damage resulting from the treatment. We rely on honest and complete medical disclosure from you.
If unsure about allergies or treatment suitability, request a patch test in advance via email.
